• HEALTH

Students recover faster and can therefore return to school more quickly when they rest at home and receive the necessary care for recovery. Keeping ill children at home also protects other children and the school staff from infection.

When your child is not feeling well, please refer to the district’s chart about when to keep them home.

    • Remember, if your child needs to take medication at school, send an authorization form signed by you and the health care provider along with the medication.
    • Please contact your school to report the absence when you child is home due to illness:

Should your child become ill while at school, there is a school Community Health Liaison that can assist your child.
