Hello Neil Cummins Community,

Congratulations to Ms. Gallagher's class for winning the Readthon's 2nd Annual Slime the Principal Challenge! This event was another huge success, bringing excitement and motivation to our students. Thank you to everyone who participated and made it such a fun experience! 

 A huge shoutout to our amazing PTO team for organizing an incredible Readathon Month! Your dedication to fostering a love for reading in our students is truly appreciated.

 And most importantly, thank you to our incredible community for working so hard to help us reach our Readathon goal! Your support makes all the difference, and we are so grateful for the enthusiasm and commitment you bring to Neil Cummins Elementary.

Board Updates On January 22 the Board met and discussed the Facilities Master Plan, 2024: A Year in Review, and the LCAP Mid-Year Update. The Board approved the budget adoption calendar, sanctuary district resolution, and school accountability report cards. All agendas can be found here.

PTO Board 2025-26 - With 2025 here, we are already thinking ahead to the PTO Board slate for the 2025-2026 school year. Several positions will become open or need some extra hands. If you would like to get more involved with the PTO or have any questions, please reach out to president@ncpto.org

Recess Enrichment - We Need More Parent Helpers  We are looking for more parents to lead activities or station themselves on the recess yard, let us know if you are interested at president@ncpto.org
