SubstitutesThe Larkspur-Corte Madera School District uses the Frontline Absence Managment on-line substitute calling system.Certificated Substitutes (teachers) - The Marin County Office of Education (MCOE) handles the initial (and annual thereafter) substitute registration for the Marin County school districts. If you are not already registered with MCOE to substitute in the county, please visit the MCOE website. When registering, make sure to list our district "Larkspur-Corte Madera" in your district preferences.Once you are active on the MCOE sub list, please print and complete the following substitute new hire forms:1. Certificated Substitute Registration form print and complete2. Federal W-4 Tax Form print and complete form (instructions and tax table)3. State DE-4 Tax Form print and complete form (worksheet and tax table)4. Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9) print and complete page 15. STRS Permissive Membership (ES 350) print and complete pages 3 and 4These completed forms, with an acceptable employment eligibility document(s), can be delivered to Bertha at the district office at 230 Doherty Dr., Larkspur weekdays 8:30am-3:30pm (please call 415-927-6960, ext. 2 or email blopez@lcmschools.org before you come to make sure Bertha is here to receive/process your forms). Once you are registered in our system, you will receive and email directly from Frontline Absence Management instructing you how to get started and use the system.Classified Substitutes - in addition to certificated (teacher) subs, we are also in need of classified subs. Classified subs have the opportunity to work in a variety of positions; school site secretary, paraprofessional - specialized (work in the special education department), campus support (classroom aide or yard duty), library clerk and custodial. If you are interested in applying to be in our various classified sub pools, please visit Ed Join - Classified Sick Pool Openings to see what we are currently accepting applications for. To be a classified sub, you will apply through the link on Ed Join.
