• OUR TEAM 

    Principal Michelle Walker leads a team of innovative teachers, enthusiastic staff, supportive parents, and engaged community members who provide an inspirational experience for all of Cove’s students. The Larkspur-Corte Madera School District (LCMSD) Board of Trustees led by Superintendent Dr. Brett Geithman provides strategic guidance, oversight and support for The Cove’s innovative approach.

    The Cove School teachers and staff are our lead learners, they are encouraged to take risks, collaborate and reflect on their practices. As a team, they value communication, teamwork, and embody a true growth mindset.

    Parent-led efforts that improve the quality of life at The Cove for teachers, students and even parents are driven by The Cove PTO. The Cove Site Council, the administrative body for the Cove School, advances continual improvement and promotes open communication within the Cove Community. And SPARK, our district-wide foundation, raises money that supports excellent music, art, science and technology programs.

    The collective efforts of the above mentioned team members, in collaboration with the students of The Cove School, create an inspirational culture of excellence.
